1.Heading Finance, Accounts department.
2.He will be responsible for raising funds with Banks, Financial Institutions.
3.Framing Guidelines for MIS & Reporting system
4.Responsible for set up, establishing & maintenance of all Finance related activities, such as Financial, Accounting, Expense Control, tax matters and General Accounts
5.Will be handling Service tax issues, TDS issues
6.Playing a key role in Legal Documentation
7.To do Project Financing , Risk Analysis and overall strategizing.
8.To design Monthly profitability statement
9.To design and institute budgetary format and Revenue and expenditure reports. |
